Radiused Tank Adapters
Unleash the performance of your poly tank with fittings up to 24”. Until now, the functional capabilities of polyethylene tanks have been limited due to a relatively small selection of commercially available fittings and accessories which are further limited as tank diameters get smaller. Today, CRP Tank Specialties, Inc. brings to market a wide range of high performance 6”-24” tank adapters. Our fiberglass fittings and manways have been granted U.S. Patent no. 9,464,745.
Radiused Side Manways
When it comes to tank cleanout, inspection, maintenance, and safety, our side manways bring a whole new world of operational performance to poly tanks. The remarkable performance track record of our side manways is testament to the importance of stress elimination on both the tank and the fitting. And because we radius the mounting saddle to your tank, a 24” manway on the side of a 48” diameter tank is no problem. These are available in fiberglass and stainless steel as standard. We have been granted U.S. Patent no. 9,464,745 for the fiberglass version of our side manways.
Mushroom Vents
Our 8” HDPE molded mushroom vent is available in two configurations and both include HDPE bird screen: Our Standalone version has an 8” size mounting flange and includes GRP hardware and a neoprene foam gasket Our Insert version has an 8.625” OD stub and will insert into a standard 8” PVC socket (typically a coupling or flange)These heavy duty mushroom vents are designed to provide an intelligent, high value solution to tank venting requirements. Ladders
Rotationally molded PE tanks normally contain corrosive chemicals that will attack most materials of construction. The marketplace demands a ladder solution that has a wide range of chemical compatibility, compliance with OSHA design standards, and attachment methods that allow for expansion and contraction of the molded PE vessel.
Ventmaster Scrubbers
The VentMaster Fume Scrubber is a simple easily maintained solution for conformance with hydrochloric acid and ammonium hydroxide fume scrubbing requirements. Our unique design provides for venting of your bulk storage tanks during pneumatic loading and daily operations. To meet the needs of the marketplace, we maintain an inventory of our VentMaster 155 and can turn around custom units in 3-4 weeks.
